82 French companies were awarded this certification this year, among which only 3 companies in the aeronautical industry.
The annual study conducted by the Top Employers Institute recognises the best employers throughout the world, across all sectors of activity. The certified organisations are ones that offer a qualitative work environment, encourage the development of talents at all stages and try to constantly improve their HR practices.
This award highlights STELIA Aerospace’s strengths and areas for progress, in the spirit of continuous improvement and search for excellence in the upcoming years.
Cédric Gautier, STELIA Aerospace CEO, said “This certification is a recognition of our employer processes and policies, since it is subject to an adhesion of at least 60% to the world’s best practices. I am proud that we have received this distinction today, in compliance with STELIA Aerospace’s internal policy, which priority is to offer the best working conditions and development perspectives to our employees. Moreover, receiving this “Top Employer” distinction will help us to reinforce our external image, through the STELIA Aerospace employee brand. It enables us to better identify our areas of improvement in order to always get better so that our company becomes and remains the reference in the aeronautical world in terms of HR policies and practices”.
