STELIA Aerospace x Lufthansa Allegris Business Class seat
15 April 2024

On April 15, 2024, Lufthansa is set to launch its new long-haul cabins, named Allegris, aboard Airbus A350-900 aircraft flying from Munich to Vancouver, Canada.

Allegris is Lufthansa’s flagship brand for what it calls the Future Intercontinental Experience (FICE) of the Lufthansa Group, and it includes new products for first class and business class.

“Starting May 1, 2024, the first Airbus A350 will take off from Munich to Vancouver with the new Lufthansa Allegris long-haul experience on board,” the airline stated in a press release.

During the introduction phase, which will last several months, passengers will have the opportunity to experience the new business class on selected flights between Munich and Vancouver as well as between Munich and Toronto. By the end of summer 2024, more aircraft will be deployed on additional routes, initially between Munich and Chicago.

“With the delivery of more A350 aircraft, the new first class will also be available for the first time in the fourth quarter of 2024,” Lufthansa stated.

The first aircraft equipped with Allegris landed at Munich Airport on April 13. In anticipation of the commercial service launch on May 1, media members will have the chance to preview Allegris aboard the A350 during an event on April 25 at the Lufthansa Hangar in Munich.
